My experience of business coaching in Dubai and beyond I find the senior executives extremely talented in their chosen profession, but often don't have a partner who can share best practices of running similar businesses. When working with global organisations I find very similar challenges. I bring best practices and practical examples that can be quickly implemented into all organsaitons for greater performance and results.
Prior to The Advantage Coach I had started my own business which became the market leader in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar. We also operated sizable projects across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. I have experience of selling and delivering projects up to $30m and company acquisitions from $1m to over $145m and leading teams in challenging environments.
